IVANKODEV (“we,” “us”) is a principal-led engineering studio based in North Potomac, Maryland. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you submit the Request a Briefing form, we collect the information you provide: name, role, company, company URL, headcount/revenue band, timeline, budget range, a description of your operational pain, and how you heard about us.
We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not rely on cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, assess fit, and prepare a briefing. We do not share it with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to deliver our response, and only under confidentiality obligations.
Client data sovereignty
For engagement clients, your operational data lives in your own cloud environment. We never train models on your traffic, and we never retain your production data on IVANKODEV-owned infrastructure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by emailing hello@ivankodevelopment.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date below.
